Whether you or a loved one are facing a health crisis, or you are searching for truth, purpose, deeper meaning and more happiness in life, Spirit.Science.Health aims to help you in your journey.
Let me ask you this…
What would your life be like if you were to experience perfect health? To not suffer with chronic health conditions, or feel like you were running on empty all the time?
Is it normal that so many of us suffer through every day not feeling our best?
What more could you achieve in life if your overall health issues weren’t holding you back?
Perhaps like me, these are some of the questions you’ve asked yourself, but maybe you:
Don’t have the time to research alternative therapies, the latest scientific research on less conventional modalities, or to find a protocol that might work for you.
Don’t know where to begin to research these things even if you had the time.
Find it hard to believe in anything outside of conventional medical wisdom, even if the modalities within those frameworks aren’t working for you or someone you love.
Trust me, I’ve been in all those situations too!
However, over the years my research has led me to consider the following things:
- In the powerful connection between mind, body and spirit
- The human body’s miraculous ability to heal when given the right conditions
- That our natural bodily state is perfect health
- That we all should be empowered to take charge of our own personal health and well-being
- And that the root cause of disease is emotional suffering
Who am I?
My name’s Emma and for over a decade, I’ve been fascinated by all things related to natural health and spirituality.
My writing has been featured in the book Tiny Buddha’s 365 Tiny Love Challenges, The Huffington Post and Elephant Journal.
As a journalist, I get excited about researching anything to do with these topics. I especially love finding scientific studies that prove things our society perceives as impossible (such as miraculous healing and existence outside of our physical world).
Why am I so passionate about holistic health?
I became interested in natural healing and spirituality when I began to question why so many people I knew were suffering and dying from diseases such as cancer.
At this time, I also began to confront some of my own issues relating to health, happiness, relationships and purpose (okay, I may have had an existential crisis!)
What I want to share with you…
I’ve set up Spirit.Science.Health as a way to share the discoveries that I’ve made with others who are looking for the same knowledge but perhaps don’t have the time needed to find it.
Personally, I continue to deal with several health challenges of my own and in many ways this website will be a way for me to document my own struggles. Hopefully this will help others who may be experiencing similar situations.
Want to come along for the ride?
Warning: Things could get a little ‘woo woo’! But don’t worry, as a friend once told me, sometimes you discover that “you’re woo-woo and there’s nothing you can do-do!”
